Space 1026 has thrived for 17 years with the support of its members past and present, the Philadelphia community, and the generous donations from our annual Art Auction. We provide affordable studio spaces, house a communal silk screen facility, and offer members a chance to be a part of the Philadelphia art community, while serving as a collaborative and supportive venue for varied gallery programming focusing on emerging artists and exciting non-traditional projects.

Much to his amazement we are happy to welcome, once again, Philadelphia’s perennially apoplectic gentleman of the arts, Todd Kimmell, as our auctioneer.
His studio and company, The Grand Review, are located in an ancient carriage house on the edge of the city. Open by appointment or on line at any time, visitors bringing fresh marzipan and decent port will be offered the better chairs and smutty sea chanties.
