Vaudevillains New Years Comic Brigade’s 2009 Mummer’s Parade Performance of Mummers in the Post Apocalyptic Nuclear Winter.
VNYB lives at NERD Island now.
The move gave the crew a permanent rehearsal space and somewhere to stash decades worth of costumes and props. Between seasons the building is part workshop, part hangout. Members build sets, screen old footage, mess around on online casinos and fantasy leagues between coats of paint. Ron Goldwyn’s archive alone covers over a dozen years of Comic Brigade performances, and David Dunn has been chipping away at getting all of it digitized.
